By commission of the Cornellà de Llobregat City Council, the project for the structural and constructive consolidation of the municipally owned chimney located on the western sidewalk of Sant Ferran Street, unnumbered, is prepared. Despite the existence of a Certificate of Structural Soundness issued in 2018, visible pathologies have been identified, leading to the preparation of a prior technical report and subsequently this project, with the aim of assessing the current condition of the element and defining the necessary interventions to ensure its stability and preservation.
