At the request of ESITEC ENERGIA, S.L., the contractor awarded the executive project for the building services of the Can Fàbregas building, a technical report has been prepared to analyse and validate the proposed construction solution for the improvement of the roof. The report assesses the technical suitability of the intervention and the load-bearing capacity of the existing roof, in accordance with its current construction configuration.
