Following the planned relocation of the Can Ponsic Local Police Station (Guardia Urbana) to the new building currently under construction on Ronda de Dalt, Barcelona City Council commissioned a comprehensive technical assessment of the existing building. The study examines both the building envelope and the interior spaces, providing the technical basis required to evaluate future interventions and support the adaptation of the facility to new uses.
