Project for the change of use to residential of a mid-terrace building in Mataró, including structural consolidation of the existing steel-joist floor slabs, installation of a new interior steel staircase, reduction of the buildable depth in accordance with current regulations, and construction of a new roof slab with the corresponding vertical circulation core (stairwell). Work carried out in collaboration with Pimpla Estudi d’Arquitectura i Disseny, Mar Coté, Xavier Irigoyen and Francisco.
