Emergency intervention at the Can Mercader Workbuilding in Cornellà de Llobregat due to the deterioration of ceramic ceilings, in poor condition on the third floor due to oxidation of the internal reinforcements. The domes of the roof floor will be dismantled in order to remove the loads from these spaces and facilitate a new waterproofing, which is not currently guaranteed.
